Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead and develop the Accommodation team across diverse parks in the UK. You will oversee cleaning standards, guest check-ins, repairs coordination, and data-driven performance planning to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires frontline leadership, operational coordination, and the ability to manage rolling plans while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Forecasting labour and resource planning skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, and training members of the Accommodation team.
• Creating a positive team culture that consistently delivers high standards.
• Implementing an effective team structure, delegating roles, and setting clear responsibilities.
• Providing ongoing coaching, on-the-job training, 1-2-1s, and development plans.
• Driving team engagement, motivation, and recognition.
• Overseeing daily cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet standards.
• Creating and executing rolling plans to support consistent operational performance.
• Analysing data and monitoring team and unit performance to produce weekly action plans.
• Working with Maintenance and Guest Experience to coordinate check-ins, repairs, and requests
