Overview

City of London Academies Trust (COLAT) is seeking to appoint an Academic Tutor for this academic year.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Chemistry tutoring (AQA) for on-site sessions during the student’s private study period. Sessions are held on site with flexibility to suit the tutor.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Typically an A level grade of A in Chemistry (AQA board) or a 2:1/1st class degree in Chemistry.
  • Relevant tutoring experience in the relevant specification or prior study of the specification.
  • Ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role (the role is covered by part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016).
  • Experience working in a school or college environment.
