Gloucestershire College seeks a capable administrator to support learner data systems across campuses. You will provide day-to-day maintenance, deliver first-line support, and collaborate with staff and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
You will develop training materials, improve processes, and promote best practices in data quality and invoicing. A proactive approach and ability to work independently are essential.
The Student Data team supports all three college campuses andis based at our Gloucester Campus by Gloucester Quays, working mainly from theoffice.
This role is key to supporting staff to confidently use thecollege's student data systems, providing clear guidance, supervision,collaboration and a focus on improving processes and data quality. You will berequired to work independently and use your own initiative when solvingproblems and suggesting improvements to current systems and processes. You willhelp ensure information is used consistently and accurately across the college,supporting a high-quality experience for both staff and students. Act as a keylink between technical teams, finance, employers and staff, ensuring accuraterecords, compliant processes and effective apprenticeship invoicing.
You will provide day-to-day support, maintenance andadministration of learner systems, including Apprenticeship Tracking andProMonitor, ensuring they run effectively and meet user needs. Deliverfirst-line support by managing queries and working closely with colleagues andsuppliers to resolve issues promptly. Use feedback from users to improvesystems, develop clear guidance and training, and promote best practice acrossteams.
