Job summary

Gloucestershire College’s Student Data team supports all three campuses from our Gloucester Campus by Gloucester Quays, working mainly from the office. This role helps staff confidently use the college's student data systems, providing clear guidance and training to improve data quality across teams.

You will deliver first-line support for learner systems such as Apprenticeship Tracking and ProMonitor, collaborate with staff and suppliers to resolve issues promptly and promote best practices in
