We are looking for a practical, organised and technically confident Systems Project Officer to help deliver systems and digital process improvement projects across South Devon College. Working with IT Services, the systems development team and operational departments, you will help colleagues move from an initial need or problem through to a well-tested, well-documented and sustainable solution.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining project coordination with hands‑on systems, SQL and data activity. You will gather requirements, map processes, coordinate delivery, support testing and implementation, and make sure improvements are adopted effectively into everyday use.
You will help connect people, processes, systems and data, ensuring that improvement projects deliver clear benefits, reduce friction and become embedded in everyday College practice.
