Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Addressing technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Managing deployments such as complete Office 365 migrations.
• System Maintenance: Performing updates, troubleshooting network issues, and applying patches.
• User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line team and assisting with complex technical challenges or projects.
• Documentation: Logging issues, resolutions, and system changes for future reference.
