Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Implement large-scale projects such as Office 365 migrations.
• Maintain Systems: Perform updates, resolve network issues, and apply patches to ensure system stability.
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line support team and assist with complex technical issues or projects.
• Documentation: Record issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
