Primary Responsibilities:
  • Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
  • Resolving Incidents: Addressing technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
  • Project Rollouts: Managing deployments such as complete Office 365 migrations.
  • Maintaining Systems: Performing updates, troubleshooting network issues, applying patches.
  • User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the 3rd line support team with complex technical problems and projects.
  • Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes.
