Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support
• Project Rollouts: Manage deployments such as complete Office 365 rollouts
• System Maintenance: Perform updates, network troubleshooting, and patch management
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet issues
• Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team and contribute to larger technical projects
• Documentation: Record issues, resolutions, and system changes
