Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Addressing technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as entire Office 365 migrations.
• Maintaining Systems: Performing regular updates, troubleshooting network issues, and applying patches.
• User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line support team and assisting with larger technical issues or projects.
• Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
