Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity.
• Resolving Incidents: Troubleshooting issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as Office 365 migrations.
• System Maintenance: Performing updates, resolving network issues, applying patches.
• User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line team and assisting with complex technical problems or projects.
• Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes.
