Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Resolve technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as full Office 365 deployments.
• Maintain System Performance: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team and assist with major technical issues or projects.
• Documentation: Log issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
