Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Addressing technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: For example, complete Office 365 deployments.
• Maintain Systems: Regular updates, network troubleshooting, and applying patches.
• User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet issues.
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line support team with complex problems and projects.
• Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes.
