Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as complete Office 365 deployments.
• System Maintenance: Perform updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches to ensure system stability.
• User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet-related problems.
• Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team with complex technical issues and projects.
• Documentation: Record issues, solutions, and system modifications accurately.
