Join our innovative CG‑AI team and create stunning, photorealistic environments. As an Environment Artist, you’ll play a key role in developing cutting‑edge visuals for advertising campaigns within Unreal Engine. We’re at the forefront of automotive visualisation, using CG+AI to redefine storytelling. We’re not just creating images; we’re crafting experiences that matter.

What you will be doing:
  • Creating photorealistic 3D environments within Unreal Engine for advertising campaigns, from concept to final render.
  • Building and optimising high‑ and low‑poly environments and assets (terrain, architecture, props, foliage).
  • Developing and applying realistic textures and materials using PBR workflows.
  • Implementing and optimising environment lighting and post‑processing effects.
  • Collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and visually compelling final product.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to environment assets and performance within Unreal Engine and other 3D applications.
  • Researching and implementing new CG‑AI techniques and technologies to enhance environment creation quality and efficiency (We’re constantly pushing boundaries, crafting cutting‑edge experiences, and developing our tech to redefine automotive storytelling. We’re looking for artists who share that drive for innovation).
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices, contributing to the CG‑AI team’s growth.
  • Proactively identifying and exploring future tools and processes, particularly in AI and CG‑AI.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • You are a highly skilled and passionate 3D Environment Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in photorealistic environment and asset creation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, eager to share your knowledge and expertise. You are a proactive learner, constantly seeking new techniques and technologies, including advancements in AI and CG‑AI. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently, and delivering high‑quality work.
  • More than just another operator, you’ll be a valued member of a passionate team, committed to reshaping the future of automotive visualisation. If you have a passion for cars, technology, and creating breathtaking CG environments, you’ll find a perfect home here.
  • 5+ years of professional experience creating photorealistic 3D environments/assets.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting and PCG tools.
  • Experience with asset management tools (e.g., Perforce, Git).
  • Deep understanding of environment lighting, texturing, and PBR workflows.
  • Strong skills in relevant software, including Photoshop and Substance Painter/Designer.
  • Strong modelling skills and an unparalleled eye for detail.
  • Passion for CG+AI in automotive visualisation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Passion for staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies (Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Maya, and peripheral tools).
  • Familiarity with photogrammetry techniques/Reality Capture.
  • Interest in filmmaking, storytelling, and cinematography.
  • Understanding of composition and visual storytelling principles.
  • Experience with, and interest in, working with automotive brands.
  • Interest in R&D of relevant emerging tech (e.g., AI, CG‑AI).
