• Dealing with both candidates and clients via phone, email & in person.
• Proactively source candidates.
• Develop new business through proactive business development activities.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Interview and assess prospective applicants.
• Advertise vacancies through proven mediums.
• Help applicants prepare for interviews.
• Provide detailed feedback to both candidates and clients.
