Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360° Recruitment Consultant, based in Sunderland, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. You will act as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving successful recruitment outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Client Management: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking. Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and career goals. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from CV preparation to interview coaching and job offer management.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle - from client acquisition to candidate placement. Ensure a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates. Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including revenue and placement targets.
  • Market Insight & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Provide market intelligence and consultative advice to clients and candidates.
