A managed service provider is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer in Bodmin, England. The role involves resolving a high volume of service requests as part of a dedicated Service Desk team. Candidates should have over 2 years experience in a similar role, particularly within an MSP, and possess strong knowledge of Windows Server and Office 365. The position offers hybrid working conditions and excellent benefits including generous holiday and pension options.
Location: Bodmin, Cornwall (+ Hybrid Working 2 days from home)
Salary: c£32,500 per year

My client working are a managed service provider currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. You will become part of a well-established Service Desk team and you will be expected to help them resolve the 2000+ service requests that they receive each month.
Being a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging and rewarding environment, you will be a problem solver, a quick learner, have a passion for technology and be confident communicating with a wide range of people from juniors to senior executives.
You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to a range of project-based work within infrastructure and software solutions for new and existing clients.
