Job summary
Intec Select Ltd. is seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Analyst in London for a permanent, full-time role in Bexley. You will handle complex incidents, administer Windows Server environments, and support Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 services.
A strong focus on troubleshooting, documentation, and teamwork is essential. You’ll join a dynamic team, contribute to on-call support, and help drive IT infrastructure improvements across the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a 2nd Line Support or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory & Azure AD.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online.
- Proficient with Windows 10 & Windows 11 and networking fundamentals.
- Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support and own incidents through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, networking, and cloud issues.
- Administer Windows Server environments and manage AD/AAD.
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and perform patching and security reviews.
- Assist with IT projects, deployments, and migrations.
- Liaise with third party vendors and participate in on-call rota.
