Qualifications

• Solid experience in a 2nd line support role, preferably MSP.
• Strong technical skills with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD and AD.
• Networking knowledge incl. DNS/DHCP, VPNs, firewalls.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Microsoft technologies onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues with minimal downtime.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AD, Exchange and Windows Server environments.
• Investigate DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and network configurations.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team and assist project deployments.
