Job summary

Enso Recruitment is seeking a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst in the United Kingdom. You will own escalated incidents and provide in-depth troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking.

This role offers hybrid working, exposure to diverse customer environments, and opportunities to advance technical certifications while supporting initiatives across identity and security. You will contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members as part of a well-established technology

Qualifications

• 2nd Line / Level 2 Service Desk experience with Microsoft technologies
• Strong grounding in IT infrastructure and general networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Exchange Online

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 2 technical support across a range of customer environments
• Taking ownership of escalated incidents through to resolution
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and cloud issues
• Supporting Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory
• Managing remote and occasional onsite customer support
• Escalating complex infrastructure and security issues to senior engineers
• Maintaining accurate ticket notes and documentation
• Sharing knowledge with junior team members
