Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking a hands‑on IT Operations Engineer to join the COO team, owning escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile platforms, and driving improvements in security, automation, and ITSM processes.

You will administer M365/Entra ID, manage endpoints with Intune/Jamf, and collaborate with internal teams and providers to ensure SLAs, deployments, and secure baselines. This is a location‑flexible role across our global sites.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
• Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
• Clear, confident communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated IT issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support migrations to M365 and Entra ID.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
• Manage the full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
