Job summary

Jago Consultants in Crawley, West Sussex, invites a skilled 2nd Line Support Technician to join our growing IT team. You will manage and resolve second line help desk calls, with occasional on-site client visits to install and configure hardware, software, and networking equipment.

Applicants should have a UK driving license and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure. AZ certification knowledge is a strong plus, and a positive, proactive attitude is essential for ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Experience in 2nd line support and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers and Azure.
• Willingness to learn and attend client visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing and resolving second line help desk calls.
• Occasional travel to clients for on-site IT work and installations.
• General IT support including hardware, software, servers, and printers.
• Logging issues and adhering to SLAs.
• Working alongside the project engineers.
• Installing printers, PCs and access points on site when required.
