Qualifikationen

• Two years plus IT support experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2003 onwards (Citrix preferred)

Aufgaben

• Manage and support SME clients' IT hardware and networks
• Attend client sites within Hampshire, Sussex & Surrey (pool car provided)
• Provide remote and telephone-based support
• Build rapport with existing and new clients
• Deliver first-class technical support to client accounts at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new technology and knowledge
