Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is hiring an Alarm Receiving Centre Operator in Lurgan. You will monitor incoming alarm and CCTV signals across client sites, contact emergency services and keyholders, and document incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming alarm and CCTV signals from client sites
• Contact emergency services, keyholders, or contacts on alarm activation
• Provide accurate communication and document incidents clearly
• Follow SOPs to ensure effective response
• Work as part of a 24/7 surveillance team
• Demonstrate attention to detail and calm decision-making under pressure
