We’re looking for bright and committed graduates who will bring energy, new ideas and a fresh perspective to help us become the recognised leader and transform the construction and engineering industry.
As a Reward Graduate you will play a key role in supporting our Reward and Data team within the People function. This team is responsible for shaping and delivering Laing O’Rourke’s remuneration, benefits, and recognition strategies. We design, implement and maintain competitive pay structures, manage our employee benefits offering, and ensure that our reward frameworks remain fair, market-aligned, and future-ready — helping to attract top talent and motivate our employees. Our data analysis supports the whole function and wider business to inform better data-led decision making. In this role you’ll gain exposure to a variety of reward projects, data analysis and reward initiatives, providing a strong foundation for a career in Reward.
