1st Line IT Support Engineer - £24,000 to £26,000 - Midsomer Norton

We are seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to work in a high performing IT Team. The right 1st Line Support Engineer will be part of a small team and will work 5 days a week onsite. This is a full time position that requires good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take calls and provide 1st Line support on the phone.
• Documentation.
• Escalations to 2nd Line.
• Application support – training provided.
