1st Line IT Support Engineer – 24,000 to 26,000 – Midsomer Norton

I am seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to work in a high performing IT Team. The right 1st Line Support Engineer will be a part of a small team and will be working 5 days a week onsite. Ths is a full time position that requires good communication skills.

Requirments of the 1st Line Support Engineer

• Take calls and provide 1st Line support on the phone
• Documentation
• Escalations to 2nd Line
• Appications support – Training Provided
