Job summary

Netmatters understands the value of reliable IT support and is seeking a skilled 1st Line Support Technician to join the team in Wymondham. You will resolve technical issues for clients and provide excellent customer service, supporting PCs/servers, software installs, email hosting, and remote/on-site assistance.

Qualifications

Good IT and problem solving skills across common IT issues.
Experience with Office 365 management and VPN connectivity.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to clients and resolve technical issues.
Install PCs, upgrade software, and support customer applications.
Set up email accounts and hosting (Linux & Windows) and support Macs remotely and on-site.

Skills

Good IT and problem solving

Office 365 Management

VPN and connectivity troubleshooting

Strong written and oral skills

Confidence on the phone with clients

Experience in outsourced IT support

Full UK driving licence

2+ years supporting SMB networks
