Qualifications

• Experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses in an outsourced IT company (2+ years).
• Experience logging time on tickets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support small and medium business networks.
• Support PCs and servers remotely and on-site.
• Install business computer systems effectively.
• Manage Office 365 installations and migrations.
• Support customer applications as required.
