In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on candidate delivery, talent sourcing, and relationship management working with established, high-value clients. Your focus will be to deliver exceptional talent, support them throughout the entire process and deliver best service at every stage.

• Source, screen, and qualify top‑tier candidates across the US market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end candidate process from outreach to offer and placement.
• Work closely with Business Development Consultants who handle client partnerships.
• Build long‑term relationships and become a specialist within your niche market.
• Write and post engaging job adverts and use LinkedIn/social media to attract top talent.
• You can expect to be working to strict timelines so speed is a must and importantly attention to detail is essential.
