A further education college in Weybridge is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support learners in various classes, both individually and in small groups. Responsibilities include aiding students with their learning, managing exam support, and maintaining records of assistance provided. Ideal candidates should possess English and Maths level 2 and have a relevant LSA qualification. We are an established provider of good quality College and School Links courses for young people and adults with learning difficulties and emotional/behavioural difficulties. Brooklands College is committed to supporting learners with a wide range of needs including dyslexia, autism and physical and sensory needs. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide support to learner/s for the duration of their course.
As Learning Support Assistant, you will work as part of a team of LSAs. Your role will include:
Contract: 22.2 hours per week, £24,105.57 FTE (actual £14,463.34). BRK20 FIXED TERM starting January 2026 – ends June 2026.
