As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact for people managers and employees. Your role is to ensure their HR needs are met, foster a positive work environment, and contribute to the overall well-being and engagement of teams. You will work closely with the HR team, with Centers of Expertise and with people managers to provide support in various HR topics.

1. Employee Lifecycle Management while supporting People Managers:
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding:
    • Partner with people managers to understand their team dynamics and proactively address HR-related needs.
    • Support the performance management process, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
    • Assist in identifying training needs, coordinating employee development programs.
    • Support career development initiatives for employees (including internal mobility).
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of teams engagement initiatives, with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance team morale and job satisfaction.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience (including the trial period).
    • Assist in offboarding activities, including exit interviews & surveys and documentation.
    • Support people managers and employees in their lifecycle, by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Ensure a positive and consistent employee experience throughout the lifecycle, by fostering an open dialogue.
2. Employee Data Management
  • In collaboration with HR ops, oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
  • Support the development of data reporting and analytics, to monitor process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
3. HR Compliance
  • Assist in monitoring HR compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Participate in audits and process reviews.
4. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Propose an action plan to implement changes and monitor the impact on HR processes.

To succeed in this position, you should have a successful previous experience within an HR team, and you should identify with the following statements:

  • You have a genuine ability and curiosity to understand the jobs and challenges of the teams you support.
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills, being diplomatic and attentive, you feel comfortable supporting managers and teams remotely.
  • With a team-oriented spirit, you provide quality service to your various contacts.
  • You are known for your organizational talents and your ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously with autonomy.
  • Being curious and dynamic, you see no problems, only solutions.
  • It is imperative that you have a sense of confidentiality.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • You speak English fluently.
