Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer with AWS expertise who can also contribute to our backend development.
Responsibilities
- AWS Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize AWS resources including EC2, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Maintain and improve deployment processes and pipelines for reliable releases.
- Monitoring & Performance: Implement monitoring solutions, analyze system performance, and resolve infrastructure issues proactively.
- Security: Develop and enforce security best practices across our cloud infrastructure.
- Backend Development: Contribute to Laravel/PHP backend development, bridging operations and development.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive infrastructure and operational documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to improve system architecture and solve technical challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with AWS
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Solid understanding of networking and security best practices
- Experience with PHP and Laravel framework
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
Nice-to-Have
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with database management and optimization
- Background in scaling high-traffic applications
