The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). SPA has a futureneed for a IT/Facilities Support Specialist.

• Maintain and manage Federated Desktop Services to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for end users utilizing the Federated Desktop system.
• Deliver daily IT support to the directorate, ensuring all systems, software, and hardware operate smoothly and assist with onboarding new team members by setting up IT equipment, accounts, and access.
• Act as the primary interface with the Communications Directorate for procuring, managing, and deploying IT equipment along with commutation with MS&O team for facility-related needs and coordination.
• Handle Tier 1 IT issues across the directorate, providing initial triage and resolution.
• Support the integration of IT equipment and infrastructure in facility planning and operations.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI and ability to sit and pass for CI Poly
• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day IT operations and user support
• Effective communication skills to interface with different directorates and resolve IT-related matters along with facility needs
• Reports to Chantilly up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client
