Léquipe digitale dAirbus Defence and Space recherche un(e) Service Delivery Manager - Compute et Virtualisation H / F dynamique compétent(e) et motivé(e) prêt(e) à relever tous les défis basé(e) à Élancourt France (78).

Vous ferez partie d’une PSL (Product & Service Line / Ligne de Produits et Services) au sein de l'organisation Infrastructure IT qui est en charge de concevoir construire et exploiter l'infrastructure de calcul (compute) et de virtualisation de l'entreprise.

• Assurer le bon fonctionnement du produit compute et virtualisation tout au long du cycle de vie du service de la mise en service (acceptation) au démantèlement.
• S’assurer que les procédures sont à jour et conformes aux normes, aligner les processus avec les équipes internationales.
• Piloter les fournisseurs opérationnels et s’assurer que les KPI (Indicateurs Clés de Performance) et les SLA (Niveaux de Service) sont respectés en permanence.

• Contribuer aux descriptions des PSL à la définition des Accords de Niveaux de Service (SLA) et des KPI en collaboration avec les différents domaines métiers concernés en accord avec le Product Manager (Chef de Produit).
• Négocier les Accords de Niveaux de Service contractuels avec les différents domaines métiers clients et fournisseurs de services externes en alignement avec le Responsable de l’équipe Produit / PSL et le service des Contrats (Contract Management).
• Mettre en œuvre et gérer la fourniture de services et contribuer à la stratégie globale du produit grâce aux retours des clients et des équipes de livraison (delivery).
• Gérer (piloter, suivre et rapporter) les équipes de livraison internes (insourced) et externes (outsourced) en ce qui concerne le respect des Accords de Niveaux de Service convenus (en lien avec le service des Contrats) et l’optimisation des coûts.
• Gérer les Accords de Niveaux de Service contractuels et les Indicateurs Clés de Performance (KPI) le cas échéant.
• Définir les actions correctives nécessaires à mener pour atteindre les objectifs et piloter les équipes opérationnelles associées.
• Gérer les actions d’atténuation en cas de non‑respect (des objectifs / SLA) en accord avec le Product Manager.
• Gérer l’allocation des coûts de maintenance en collaboration avec le Responsable de l’équipe Produit / PSL.
• Être responsable du respect de tous les processus pertinents conformément à ITIL.
• Gérer les réclamations, les escalades et les crises de manière professionnelle avec toutes les parties prenantes.
• Être responsable de la gestion des données du Système d’Information (SI) dans OneCOMPASS (en utilisant le profil utilisateur spécifique de l’outil IS Owner).

• De préférence 5 ans d’expérience au sein d’une équipe opérationnelle IT.
• Un certain niveau de compréhension de la gestion des fournisseurs.
• Une expérience de travail avec les normes ITIL 4.
• Bonnes compétences en communication avec toutes les parties prenantes.

You will be part of a PSL (Product & Service Line) within the IT Infrastructure organisation which is in charge of designing building and operating the compute and virtualisation infrastructure of the company.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the compute and virtualisation product through the service lifecycle from acceptance to decommissioning.
• Ensure procedures are up to date and comply with standards align process with international teams.
• Drive operational suppliers and ensure that KPIs and SLAs are continuously met.

• Contributes to the PSL descriptions the definition of Service Level Agreements and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the Product Manager.
• Implements and manages service provision and contributes to the overall product strategy via feedback from both : customers and delivery teams.
• Manages (drive monitor and report) the insourced and outsourced delivery teams in regards to the fulfilment of aligned Service Level Agreements (in conjunction with Contract Management) and cost optimization.
• Defines the required corrective actions to be led to meet the objectives and drives the associated operational teams.
• Manages the maintenance cost allocation together with the Head of Product Team / PSL.
• Responsible for the adherence of all relevant processes in accordance with ITIL.
• Drive complain escalation and crisis professionally with all stakeholders.

• Preferably 5 years experience working in an IT Operational team.
• A level of understanding of supplier management.
• Experience working with ITIL 4 standards.
• Good communication skills with all stakeholders.
