Your responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with orders, product info, and tech support
Managing queries across multiple communication channels
Adapting your tone and style to match each brands voice
Resolving complex issues with patience and empathy
️ Logging cases and keeping records accurate and organized
Speak fluently in French andEnglish
- Have some customer support experience (phone, email, or chat) a plus, not a must
Are tech-savvy or enjoy problem-solving
