Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

Purpose of the internship :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Marketing Intern to join our growing team. You will be working with Yiguo Zhang, Product Marketing Manager, on projects that stand at the intersection of various teams across the company: Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services.

Product Marketing at Lengow takes on a wide range of responsibilities, from understanding the market to devising go-to-market strategies and conveying the value of our products to the right audience.

Your main tasks would include (but are not limited to):

• Monitor news in the e-commerce space regarding our target industries, latest commercial and technological trends, and share the knowledge with internal teams.
• Conduct research to better understand our customer needs and use cases of our products in their work.
• Research competitor products and monitor competitor moves.

Product go-to-market communications :

• Work closely with R&D teams to monitor any upcoming changes in our products and devise the right go-to-market strategies for each product update.
• Create content to inform our customers and prospects about product updates, such as copywriting, making graphics, or mini demo videos to demonstrate features when needed.
• Launch communication campaigns timely on relevant channels, including emailing, in-app notifications, webpage updates, and periodical newsletters.

Development of product marketing collaterals

• Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to develop appropriate product-related content to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
• Support in crafting customer-facing content to drive product adoption and usage, such as product tours, use cases, data activation guides, and training videos.
• Support in creating sales enablement collaterals, such as product sheets, battlecards, demos, and ensure sales reps are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products.

Hiring Process :

• Interview with hiring manager to understand your motivations and ensure mutual fit.
• Assignment to be done at home.
• Interview to present your assignment and further discussions.
• Reference check and internship agreement.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's education in business, marketing, technology, data, or related fields.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and French required. Additional proficiency in German, Italian, and Spanish is also appreciated.
• You’ve gained at least 1 year of relevant experience (previous internship or work), and you are looking for an end-of-study internship with intention to evolve into full-time employment.
• Previous experience in the technology/software industry, ideally B2B SaaS, is required.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is highly valued.
• You are familiar with technology, software, and data-related topics, with the ability to quickly comprehend technical subjects, interpret them with a customer value-oriented point of view, and produce engaging content accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills are required to work with cross-functional teams.
• Being highly organized, detail-conscious, and have an ownership mindset in order to drive projects autonomously.
