This global firm is at the forefront of innovative designs across various markets, developing essential technologies that drive the future of connectivity and sustainability.

Role Overview :

As the Vice President of Regional Marketing, you will take full responsibility for all marketing initiatives within Europe. This strategic role involves overseeing Product Heads, ensuring alignment with market demands while focusing on maximizing design-in goals and identifying new product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Set strategic direction to maximize variable margin while achieving sales forecasts.
  • Oversee Product Heads, providing guidance and support to align product strategies with regional objectives.
  • Drive regional efforts to achieve design-in goals and identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
  • Validate and approve credit requests, ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (mandatory). An MBA is a plus.
  • 20+ years of management experience in sales or marketing within the electronics industry.
  • Proven experience with semiconductor products such as Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, Power ICs, and various analog and optoelectronic components, along with an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Fluency in German or French preferred.

Compensation :

  • Base Salary : €170,000+ annually
  • Bonus of 15-20% and RSUs available.

Location :

  • Europe; key semiconductor-leading countries preferred. Field travel visiting customers and distributors is expected.
