Your role :

The Assistant of Creative Operations will assist the Creative Ops Management team in managing the full lifecycle of creative programs: from conception to delivery of all creative assets.

Description & Missions :

Traffic Creation :

• Follow and update creative agendas.
• Register all new creative requests in various tools and apps.
• Organize and set up outlook meetings according to the timeline approved by the creative operations team to maintain workflow and validation steps.
• Follow up with freelancers on bookings, estimates, and purchase orders.
• Gather and share all brief materials with creatives.
• Coordinate product availabilities and prepare products for photoshoots.
• Plan, organize, and follow up on all product deliveries for photoshoots.
• Assist during photoshoots.
• Coordinate packshot shootings.

Asset Management & Deliveries :

• Gather all final materials from suppliers, control and set up nomenclature, and ensure deliveries match asset lists provided by the creative operations team.
• Archive all files on local servers according to delivery guidelines.
• Upload all assets to DAM with correct metadata.
• Assist global and regional teams in locating assets on DAM.
• Update the rights and asset calendar documents.

Qualifications

Requirements :

• Higher education student (Bac +4/5) with previous experience in a similar role, in an agency (art buying, photo or TV production, creative producer, producer assistant) or in-house asset production environment.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing).
