What You'll Be Doing

1. Own the product vision & roadmap, aligning AI-powered solutions with business goals.
2. Bridge technical and business teams, ensuring AI solutions are impactful and scalable.
3. Drive AI innovation, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering to automate critical documentation processes.
4. Influence and challenge stakeholders, making data-driven decisions that push boundaries.
5. Lead agile teams, prioritizing backlogs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
6. Coach & mentor teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Product Owner, leading AI-powered products from concept to delivery.
2. Deep AI expertise, particularly in GenAI, LLMs, and machine learning applications.
3. Strong stakeholder management, influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
4. A background in R&D or pharma is highly desirable—understanding biostatistics and regulatory requirements is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business impact.
