Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above. Degrees in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields are preferred.
• Work experience: No strict requirements. Candidates with relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement, or administrative support are preferred; recent graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
• Professional competency: Familiar with daily warehouse and office support processes; capable of handling multiple tasks such as supplier coordination, temporary staff management, and basic financial tasks independently.
• Business understanding: Good sense of operational needs, able to align daily support tasks with business objectives and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Responsabilités

• Create system accounts for temporary workers, onboarding guidance, and track headcount changes with justifications.
• Monitor attendance exception rates, calibrate timesheets, confirm actual hours, and compile reports for dispatch agencies.
• Verify temp worker invoices, reconcile hours and costs, handle system payments, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Manage the full temp worker lifecycle from account creation to exit, coordinating with HR, payroll, and external labor suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new project rollouts, provide timely data reports, and improve operational efficiency in workforce administration.
