JD.com in Paris seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate processes, allocate resources, and drive efficiency improvements. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective operations.

You will supervise temporary staff, handle expense reimbursement and reporting, and act as a key liaison between the local team and JD.com's headquarters in China.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or above; degrees in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related fields preferred.
• Work experience: no strict requirements; candidates with relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement or administrative support are preferred; recent graduates welcome.
• Proficient in daily warehouse and office support processes; can handle multiple tasks such as supplier coordination, temporary staff management, and basic financial tasks independently.
• Good business understanding; align daily support tasks with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage supplier communication and procurement of materials and supplies to ensure timely and cost-effective availability.
• Supervise and coordinate temporary workers to maintain productivity and compliance with company standards.
• Provide financial support for expense reimbursement and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Act as a key liaison between the local team, JD.com headquarters in China, and various internal departments to facilitate smooth information flow and cross-functional collaboration.
