JD.com is seeking a proactive workforce administrator in Paris to manage temp staff accounts, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle events with HR and payroll teams. You will ensure accurate headcounts, attendance, and vendor invoicing while supporting new projects and data reporting to improve operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication (CN/FR/EN) and the ability to coordinate with external labor suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields.
• No strict experience required; relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement, or administrative support is a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese, French, and English; able to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to align daily support tasks with business objectives and suggest improvements.

Responsabilités

• Create system accounts for temporary workers and track headcount with justifications for each addition/reduction.
• Monitor attendance, calibrate time-sheets, verify actual hours, and compile reports for dispatch agencies.
• Verify temp worker invoices, reconcile hours/costs, handle payments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage full temp worker lifecycle from onboarding to exit with accurate records and HR coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support new projects and continuously improve workforce administration.
