• Ability to handle multiple tasks including supplier coordination and basic financial tasks.
• Strong business sense to align daily tasks with company objectives.

Responsabilités

• Create system accounts for temporary workers and monitor headcount changes with clear justifications.
• Track attendance, calibrate time sheets, confirm hours, and report to dispatch agencies.
• Verify invoices, reconcile hours and costs, and resolve discrepancies in payments.
• Manage temp worker lifecycle from onboarding to exit with HR and payroll coordination.
• Support new projects with data reports and continuous workflow improvements.
