Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on Growth leader to ideate, build, and launch experiments that move metrics and transform user journeys. You will own funnels, create landing pages in Webflow, set up automations, and leverage AI to accelerate iteration.

You’ll analyze data, optimize onboarding, and contribute to growth loops with a bias to action. Fluency in French/English is valued, and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, or Performance Marketing, preferably SaaS or digital products.
• Portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, and audiences.
• Daily use of AI to create leverage and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Be the hands-on builder in Growth: ship experiments including copy, landing pages, and automations.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests: headlines, pricing, offers; dig into data to find winners.
• Map funnels and build assets: landing pages in Webflow, set up tracking and automation.
• Audit pages for friction and ship fixes quickly with the team.
• Build prompt pipelines and lightweight automations (Make/n8n); generate AI creatives.
• Read data in GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity to extract actionable insights.
• Test new acquisition angles and contribute data-backed briefs to growth loops.
