Paradox EN is seeking a hands‑on Growth professional to own and ship experiments that drive scalable growth. You will ideate, copy, design strategy, and launch A/B tests with AI-assisted assets, automations, and landing pages.

The role demands data fluency, scrappy execution, and a bias toward action in a fast‑moving startup. You’ll work remotely or from our Dubai offices, using Claude Code daily to ship multiple outputs and iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Growth, CRO, Growth Experimentation, or related field.
• Proven ability to build and ship tests, landing pages, automations.
• Daily use of AI to generate hypotheses and assets.

Responsabilités

• Build & ship experiments (CRO & A/B Testing) – design, launch, and analyze tests; don’t wait for a report.
• AI leverage – use Claude Code and lightweight automation to create assets and automate workflows.
• Build funnels & assets – map funnels, create landing pages (Webflow), set up automations, verify flows.
• Hunt friction – identify drop-offs, audit pages, propose fixes, and run tests quickly.
• Read the data – work with GA4, Amplitude, Hotjar, Clarity to extract insights.
• Contribute to channels & growth loops – test new acquisition angles and support content-driven growth.
