Resilience is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to own and lead sponsor-led clinical programs across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will craft strategy, oversee trial design, and drive real-world evidence initiatives with scientific rigor.

You will build and lead a centralized Clinical Development organization, ensuring regulatory readiness and high-quality execution, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and interacting with the CEO.

Qualifications

• MD MSc or MD PhD degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sponsor-side clinical development experience (biotech/pharma).
• Proven experience managing and scaling clinical development teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and inspection requirements.
• Experience in international contexts (EU/US regulatory exposure).
• Nice to have: digital therapeutics or biotech CE/FDA approvals.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for all Resilience-sponsored studies.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, endpoints, and methodology.
• Ensure alignment of clinical development approaches across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Build, lead, and mentor a Clinical Development team.
• Define governance, roles, and scalable processes for high-quality execution.
• Harmonize protocol templates, study documentation, and governance across units.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, MDR and regulatory standards.
• Drive inspection readiness and collaborate with Clinical Operations for execution.
