Resilience Care is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to own and lead sponsor-led clinical development across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will shape strategy, design, and execution of trials while ensuring regulatory readiness and scientific rigor.

The role reports to the CMO and builds a centralized Clinical Development organization, guiding Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists to drive excellence and scalable processes across global programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sponsor-side clinical development experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling clinical development teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and inspection requirements (ICH-GCP, ISO 14155, MDR).
• Experience working in international contexts (EU/US regulatory exposure).
• Nice to have experience in digital therapeutics or biotech with CE/FDA approvals.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end clinical development strategy and execution for all sponsor-led studies.
• Provide senior clinical leadership on study design, protocol development, endpoints, and evidence interpretation.
• Ensure alignment of development approaches across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
• Build and mentor the Clinical Development team (Clinical Leads and Clinical Scientists).
• Establish standardized frameworks and governance across units; harmonize templates and processes.
• Ensure inspection readiness and collaborate with Clinical Operations to drive high-quality execution.
• Act as senior escalation point for clinical development matters.
• Collaborate with Regulatory & Quality, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Product/Data teams.
