Resilience, a global medtech sponsor, seeks a Vice President of Clinical Development to own and lead sponsor‑led clinical activities across oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry. You will drive strategic direction, trial design, and execution, aligning with regulatory readiness and real‑world evidence programs.

Reporting to the CMO, you will build a centralized Clinical Development organization and scale teams of Clinical Leads and Scientists, ensuring scientific rigor and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sponsor‑side clinical development experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling clinical development teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and inspection requirements.
• Experience in international contexts (EU/US regulatory exposure).

Responsabilités

• Own and lead all sponsor‑led clinical development activities across therapeutic areas.
• Build and lead a centralized Clinical Development organization.
• Ensure strategic direction, design, execution, and regulatory readiness of trials and real‑world programs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with executive leadership including CMO and CEO.
